If you are buying a brand new property, which has never been lived in before, how do you know that everything is going to work on Day 1, when you move in? This is where a “New-Build Snagging Report” comes into its own.

SW17 Surveyors will visit the property before final hand over and check on every aspect of the property's function to ensure that they work correctly.

If there are any parts of the structure, finishes or services that do not work correctly, we prepare a “snagging list”, in report form to present to the developer on your behalf. We also check on the correct warranties and guarantees are in place.
